GLAZING BAR SYSTEM

The System includes 3 main components 
• Intermediate Glazing Bar
• End Glazing Bar
• Wallplate Assembly

The system is specifically designed as a LeanTo Roof System for use with 16, 25 & 35mm Multiwall Polycarbonate Roofing Sheet. The bars are capable of spanning up to 4 metres (set at 600mm centres) without any cross bearers (purlins). We recommend a minimum of 10 degrees roof pitch with this system.

INTERMEDIATE BAR

This has 4 main components 
• Aluminium ‘T’ Bar
• PVC underclad with weather proof sealing gaskets
co-extruded (fused) onto the rigid white plastic
• Bar End Cover with screws
• PVC Top Capping

Intermediate Bar

END BAR

This is very similar to the Intermediate bar, but has a
straight edge on one side. It also has 4 main components.
• Aluminium Bar
• PVC Underclad
• PVC Top Capping
• Bar End Cover

End Bar
Wallplate

WALLPLATE

The Wallplate should always be fitted to a solid wall e.g.
brick, block or stone. It comprises of the following components.
• Aluminium Wallplate • PVC Wallplate Top Flashing
• PVC Wallplate Trim • PVC Wallplate Underclad
• Weatherproof Flipper Gasket • 2 End Covers with screws
